This could be a research question too! A study on teacher's perspective during the pandemic.

What I have experienced is increased work load. My worktime specially on the computers has doubled. Sometimes I feel students are not getting the right message that I am trying to transmit. In person classes could help you interact physically, people could read your body languages, could make eye contacts.

Fields like medicine needs lot of skills that you need to do physically. Without those learning is almost half absent.

Still further, teachers who are not tech friendly are finding it difficult to keep pace with changing environment. Many are scared of being fired!

Overall it's a mixed feeling both good and bad. Good because learning, teaching did not stand still like many other businesses. Students could move on with their courses.

At the end I should share my concerns for the students in the developing countries, who don't have access to internet or computer or other devices to continue online learning. The world community should think for them too!

We are all in this together. Teaching and learning are two sides of the same coin. As educators we strive to serve educational stakeholders to the best of our abilities to achieve the learning outcomes. We all have our strengths and weaknesses as human beings.

Undoubtedly, online instruction has still a long way to go. Face to face instruction is still considered more valid and reliable delivery methods in education. However, modern tools have created immense possibilities as well especially for all those who did not have access to quality education before, are now studying in world class colleges & universities from the comfort of their homes.

Definitely, developing countries still lack in modern resources to deliver online instruction, therefore there are lot of opportunities to create platforms of opportunities for professional development of teachers, provide resources and logistical resources to help evolve a new horizon for education systems there.

I have myself served in a developing country as a teacher for more than 30 years, I still feel teachers need to build partnerships, thinking circles, collaborative platforms to remove barriers to achieve quality education whether online or face to face.

Change is always hard but we learn so much from it. COVID-19 pandemic has taught us to embrace IT in education.

It has helped many teachers to learn technology based teaching. Situation made them to adapt and i am sure they would combine this along with their face to face teaching.

Virtual classes, lectures, conferences, webinars, Doctoral committee reviews, PhD public viva voce and the list can go on.... adapting to it may be an initial struggle but the benefits are going to be more.

The major hardship teachers are facing is toxic positivity. Every manager/leaders is trying to keep the teachers motivated irrespective of the problems teachers are facing whether it is technological or efforts or handling students, parents and colleagues at odd hours. Teacher's family is the great sufferer. no words from anywhere that the hardship will be ever compensated.

To let student apprehended with online coordination in spite of direct technical or guide in hand approach.

This issue / question is definitely worthy of research. I think one of the biggest considerations of this question is the grade level of the teacher. Each level of teaching is unique; from early childhood, elementary, secondary, or higher education, and with that are unique qualities of different developmental levels. Although becoming technologically astute may be a positive benefit to teachers, handling technology with different ages of learners and their readiness to be a self-directed learner is also worth considering. Furthermore, there are also considerations that should be made to the social emotional toll it may be taking on both teachers and students at this time.

Social distance and masking ought to be seriously integrated into the class management aspect. Really, Observing social distance/masking in the class room has become a serious challenge....due to Covid 19 pandemic crisis....therefore, the concerned stakeholders need to deal with the root causes of Covid 19 pandemic rather than the outcome. Indeed, Covid 19 is tough to embrace ... there is no free lunch....meaning there is no free Air.... no free oxygen. COVID 19 crisis is tough to manage..... really is tough to embrace. What are the independent variables of Covid 19 pandemic? What are the dependable variables of Covid 19 pandemic? What are the confound variables of Covid 19 pandemic? So what about Covid 19 pandemic? Why remedy if we know the root causes of Covid 19 pandemic? Why not destroying the source or causes of Covid 19 pandemic? l think it is not a good idea to accept living with a Covid 19 pandemic in this generation. Yes, we can live with malaria in Africa, yes, we can live with HIV/AIDs Globally. But not with Covid 19 pandemic....the world looks abnormal. No one looks normal. The beaut of this world is gone. Who shall live?

Currently in our education we do a form of hybrid learning. Which is great, if planning would not be an issue. So for example, we teach online one moment and the minute right after we have to be on campus to teach. There is no transition time despite it being both a mental, physical and technical switch. The courses aren't adapted for online education either, which means loads more prep time to make sure your course will be good online which causes a lot of time and energy and also causes a discrepancy between the levels of student learning. If your teacher is involved, they will adapt and make online education a good experience, but if not they read the slides and do not create a good learning experience. I just wish we could take the time to really look at how we could make the online learning environment also a good environment instead of doing both half.

Covid 19 has posed great threat to every sectors of the world including education.due to its contagious nature physical presence in the class has been impossibl So conventional way of face to face learning come to standstill. For the countries like Nepal where only 17 percent people have reliable access of email and Internet, virtual learning also doesn't work much effectively . So there is still instructional vacuum in most of the places of Nepal . Students are deprived of formal learning activities . There is a fear and anxiety among students ,teacher , parents and educationists for the loss of academic year 2020.

Covid 19 has brought new challenges in academic sector. Sole conventional face to face learning has turned in e learning. In Nepalese context where learning is merely done through chalk and talk, it has been really challenging for both teachers and students to adopt new technological environment. Furthermore in Nepal , gov has not given subsidy , private educational sectors are facing hardship dueto economic crisis which has directly affect the lives of the private teacher.there is the frequent new about the fire of them from job . It has been very difficult for them to join hands and mouth. Neither they can engage in manual job nor get appropriate job opportunity.privat. Private teachers in Nepal are going through the hardest time.

One of the major hardships is conducting online courses during lockdowns without being able to conduct lab-based practical's.
