I'm currently working on the structural analysis of gelating peptides and have come across a structure that I didn't recognize during the measurements with Circular Dichrosim (CD).

minima: 230 and 200 nm

broad maximum: 215 nm

Unfortunately, these were not comparable with any known structure. Does anyone have an idea what this could be (CD in annex)?
