Dear All

I fabricated ReRAM and I draw an I-V curve in semi-log scale, but it shows clockwise direction on the positive bias with high window but the negative bias has a small window. The I-V curve is attached here, would you please let me know what kind of device is it and what is the observed behavior?

I don't know it though, curious to know if the active layer is an oxide material ?
