The app can also mean social media platform that will allow the entire generation of the world to discuss anything affecting them and help create awareness to the duty bearers
Are you looking to develop an app or evaluate existing apps? I'd be interested in how the proposed app would function differently from social media, which over the past years has proven to be a seriously powerful tool to expose violations of human rights. My area of interest is in aged care, a setting in which issues of human rights are particularly relevant. I see that social media, especially Twitter, is often used to provide a platform for reporting of abuse, sharing stories of lived experience, and calling for greater transparency in the care system. Is this relevant to your question?
What are “human rights”? When conducting a twitter search on “human rights” the majority of images and tweets represents death, tyranny, or the pursuit of violence; opposite to, “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” The science of rights:

Michael T Takac Human rights entail the benefits inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status
Historically the application of a physical law of nature through reason and ethics lifts the standard of living for all. Knowing the laws of nature cannot be changed by any man-made law or philosophy, research and academia should explore ways to introduce the discovery of our “unalienable Rights” is the physical constructal law.
If one is developing an “app” that will offer discussions on the violation of human rights, then such a “platform” could help expedite said discovery. The constructal law (life’s “unalienable Rights”) has everything to do with the evolution of “race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status,” and understanding this physical law of evolution may help in the evolution towards global civility; and in the end, help reduce “the violation of human rights.”
