What is your opinion: In aortic-left ventricular tunnel is the closure of the aortic side enough?

I think that only closure of the aortic side of tunnel allows progressive aortic regurgitation. I think that it is necessary for the closure of both sides of the tunnel and reinforce the ventricular septum.
