If defect is small i use fat plug, if defect is lare i prefer to use multiple grafting layer , what is called sandwich graft technique, using ttwo layers of facia late and a layer of septal bone or cartilge inbetween.

recently I used lobule fat in many cases , it is much better than abdominal fat.
