Climate change or it is only a climate variation is still being debated. Weather condition of a region depends on various parameters and there is no guarantee that the present days pattern continues in the future. You may appreciate that many times the weather forecast for the forthcoming monsoon or summer itself may not happen. Hence, just by extrapolating the past to the future, especially with respect to weather / climate,even if it is done using some predictive models, can only be of academic interest. In reality we have to wait and see with fingers crossed, as it may or may not happen !!!.
