The gravity of earth is always attracting all the things(including objects in motion) within the earth's gravitational field towards the center of earth.
We travel along with the earth which orbits around the sun. But there are no changes in the things (including ocean water) on the moving earth without external forces(temperature, mechanical force, wind, etc.). That is, all the things on the moving earth can exist at the same locations unless otherwise forced by others ( temperature, mechanical force, wind, etc.). This is because of the earth's gravity towards the center of earth. Even the stone thrown vertically from the earth, within the earth's gravitational field, is bound by the earth's gravity.
Example, throwing a ball inside the moving train ...observers in the moving train and platform may observe the linear motion or parabolic motion ... but the ball is bound by the earth's gravity. Therefore, moving ball is attracted by the earth's gravity towards the center of earth.
If gravity acts in the form of a curvature towards the orbit of earth's rotation, the ocean water on the earth can move like the curvature or circular line. Therefore, Einstein's theory of general relativity cannot be accepted. Newton's law is right: the gravity of earth attracts towards the center of earth.
