In this regard, unions that emerged after the industrial revolution; It was formed as a result of the "reflection as a group behavior" of the protests carried out by the constantly massing and rapidly increasing number of working class against low wages, long working hours and poor working conditions. The birth of the working class was brought about by the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution, which was born and grew with capitalism, liberalism and machinery towards the end of the 18th century; It caused profound changes in human labor and the birth of the working class. While the changes that occurred with the Industrial Revolution put an end to the guild system, the working class began to emerge. Rapidly becoming crowded cities have hosted many workers joining working life in factories. People who became landless and impoverished as a result of mechanization migrated to cities, causing the working class to become crowded. This situation also accelerated the transition from agriculture to industry. In this direction, a working class was born that endured harsh working conditions in factories, had to live under bad conditions, and became conscious and stronger in parallel with the worsening conditions.
