we are expecting that a Great Yogachary prof Kamakhya Ji him self will answer ( as he has common d over the subject & he is expert in the field) to this question & would be kind enough to satisfy the query of many researchers.
I think, the 'Jalaneti' would be a suitable therapy to get rid of seasonal problems, however under strict monitoring of an expert. I use to do jalaneti along with sutraneti some ten years back, and it was immensely helpful.
I guess 'Yogacharye Kamakhya Kumar ji has made an effort to examine the existing knowledge of researchers of Yoga Science for making some research or must be engaged some new medicines / therapies for the welfare of human being to overcome from cough & cold!!!
I congratulate him for the experiment & wish him to reach to a new height in the field of Yogic Science!!!
Yogic kriyas are useful. Practice of Jalaneti (nasal wash by saline water), Sutraneti (inserting catheter in the nasal passage) would help in nasal allergy. Also the practice of Pranayama would enhance immunity to combat cold and cough. Link for a possibly useful paper is -
