Everyone believes that what they read in erotic fiction and see in pornography must be possible in reality. So we expect women to orgasm from intercourse, masturbation and cunnilingus with a lover. But each of these involves different anatomy. This is not the case for male stimulation. Men always stimulate the penis. But no one questions this logic or why women do not provide their own stimulation with a lover. Men are proactive lovers due to their own arousal and so we accept that it is their role to stimulate a woman.
