What is the temprature of calcination and sintering of gama and amorphous alumina shell without changing in phase of shell?

I am trying to synthesis alumina-gama alumina core/shell.

Gamma alumina can be sintered up to 900 - 1000°C during 10 - 15 min in air without problem, provided that the precursor is obtained by drying an alumina gel precipitated in aqueous solution (e.g. from aluminium nitrate whose pH was increased). If other conditions are used, better checking by XRD, which is fast and easy.
