Hi, there are two books on taguchi methods.
1. Ranjit K Roy - A primer on the Taguchi method (libgen.org/get.php?md5=250b31ce149298734d84172e1e20aad2)
2. Stephen A. Zinkgraf - Six Sigma Statistics with EXCEL and MINITAB (http://bookzz.org/dl/636859/c5a5c5)

Taguchi is powerful but you need to watch your assumptions even more than with the ususal statistical methods. Why? because you need to make more assumptions to benefit from Taguchi methods.
