Must I be between the (Tm and Tc) range , or, Is it acceptable to be between (Tm and Tg) range ? Or what is the right technique to choose the annealing temperature ?

Depends on what you want to anneal. If you want to fully anneal the polymer, you need to go above Tm. If you want to maintain the physical cross links of crystalline regions but anneal the glassy regions, then you need to be well above Tg but under Tm.

I wanna study the annealing effect on polymer , so I have to rapid cooling from the molten state to the temperature of interest and keeping in isothermal conditions the required time , so I'm inquiring about this temperature, Can it be just below Tc ?
