I have already tried it using increased water qty (100 ml), stirring overnight, and also used sonication bath to dissolve it, but no satisfactory result were obtained. Is anyone able to suggestions? Thanks
generally PdCl2 doesn't dissolve in water. we used in HCl to dissolve. I haven't tried for PdNO3. if it is not dissolving in water then try in HCl. first prepare 0.02 M HCl (35 %) then add ur Pd amount in HCl instead of water and then vigorous stirred till it dissolve. 02 g PdNO3 in 15 ml. it seems to be high molar conc of PdNO3. you may increase the HCl molar conc from 0.02 to 0.1 or 1M.
