In all the EDS(EDX) spectrums I have seen in different articles, there is a sharp peak in zero (KeV) . I had an EDX of my sample ,and there was a sharp peak at zero (KeV) ,too. But for my sample, it was defined that the peak was for Cl (Chlorine) ,which i don't think so .Because there was only a trace of Chlorine in my sample.

Gerhard Martens is correct: electronic noise.
Usually a discriminator or threshold is set to reject or ignore counts below a specified apparent energy. Sometimes it is not set perfectly, and counts show up at zero energy. You may want to review threshold or descriminator settings to reduce the zero energy peak. Also, many systems cool the detector to reduce electronic noise.

the strobe peak (0 keV signal) in EDS spectra stems from the acquisition electronics of the EDS spectrometer (mainly the electron shot noise in the preamplifier behind the SDD diode).
- It is constant with time, as long as the detector temperature is stable,
- It does not depend of the electron probe intensity,
- It does not depend of the sample thickness and is even present if there is no sample or/and no beam.
If you acquire spectra with different acquisition times and/or different size of the area the strobe peak count (pulse/eV) will increase/decrease in proportion.
It is not a noise peak. As a prior respondent indicated, it is the "strobe" peak representing the precision of the "reset" that occurs in all EDS detection systems when the "ramp" (look at a textbook if you don't know what this means) has to be reset. The X-ray pulses ride on the ramp, and when the ramp reaches some maximum voltage, it has to be reset to zero.That is my understanding.
