I am working on earth-based material reinforced with cellulose fibre for building applications. The results of the thermal conductivity have been found between the range of 0.350 and 0.695 W/(m.K). However, I can found in the literature the standard range for thermal insulation material for building application. I will really appreciate your help.

I suppose it depends on the specific application of your material and if there are regulatory contents which classify it. For example, the rendering mortars can be defined "thermal plaster", according to the European standard UNI EN 998-1:2016, only if their thermal conductivity is less than 0,20 W/mK. But there are other types of insulating materials, for example the panels which are typically used for the ETICS whose thermal conductivity depends on the constituent material (expanded polyurethane is more insulating than EPS and than cork...and they are all around 0,02/0,05 W/mK). The values you reported are better comparable with the bricks, I think, than with the so-called insulating materials.
