Similar to the circuit, do they have a common source？（Maybe we should call it "Magnetic Source" or something else） Are they connected in series or in parallel? if they have a common source? What is that?
And how to get the main magnetic flux directly through magnetic leakage？
In transformer voltage produced in secondary is by linking the useful flux(V1/V2=N1/N2), the total flux is equal to useful flux plus the leakage(unuse) flux. The primary is connected to single source of voltage which is to be step up or step down. The total needed magnetizing current depend on vector additions of hystersis loss, eddy current loss, leakage loss currents along with magnetization for main useful flux. With core material having higher permeability could reduced leakage flux or leakage loss, CRGO material used having low leakage loss than core made from stamping of normal iron material.
Hi! The main magnetic flux and leakage flux are both created by the same source. In a simple case, when transfoemer's secondary winding is disconnected, we can say that the only source of all magnetic flux lines is the promary winding. Usually people use the term "magnetomotive force" as a "source" of the flux lines. And I would say, that we can represent these two fluxes as two parallel "flows", not series.
As a rough estimation, typically the leakage flux is no more than 5, maximum 10% from the total flux created by the winding.
Could consider current as parallel flow at open circuit as E1&E2 are voltage and R1 and X1 could be neglected as no load current is very less, but not flux as is flowing in whole core. Primary load current is controlled with secondary current with linking flux with constant magnetizing current....
