Can you please tell me what is the reference style of MDPI journals for Mendeley Reference Manager? I found that Current Topics in Medicinal Chemistry works well for me but it doesn't include reference DOI.
Mendeley Reference Manager (old and new version of Mendeley) and Zotero citation templates are compatible. Therefore, in the Mendeley Cite, click on "Citation Settings" menu, then on the button "Change citation style"; then "Add a custom style"; and enter the following link:
Then click on the button "Update citation style", and finally click on the button "Change citation style" and that's it!
This style references the DOI, as per MDPI style standard. There are several other templates that can also be changed through this Zotero style repository.
Hope this helps you, Simonas Ramanavičius and others! Thanks!
MDPI recommends that references be prepared with a bibliography software package such as EndNote or ReferenceManager, if a manuscript is prepared in MS Word. Alternatively, the free software Zotero can be used. According to a post on ResearchGate, Mendeley Reference Manager (old and new version of Mendeley) and Zotero citation templates are compatible.
Thank you Simonas Ramanavičius for share your question. Thank you Natthapong Nanthasamroeng and Woska Pires da Costa for the suggestion! You save my time!
