I did the electrochemical impedance measurement using a three-electrode system and I am getting a negative Z' value at a higher frequency (1MHZ) in my Nyquist plots. can anyone explain what could be the region behind it?
Also to check the instrumental error, I have tried the measurement using a different instrument and I am getting a similar plot.

maybe, you would like to ask, rather, about (a flimsy, high) negative ( - Z' ) value(s), linked to the higher frequency (1MHZ) range, in your Nyquist plot(s).
Is it about a set of EIS measurement(s) of a magnetic nano-material (or a quasi metallic meta-material) sample ?

yes I want to understand the -Z' values at higher frequency in Nyquist plot and for the measurement I am using semiconducting metal oxide nanoparticles (also it shows magnetic behaviour)
Dear Lokanath. Usually, the results obtained at such high frequencies (1 MHz and higher) at the studies of electrochemical objects raise many questions about their reliability. If at 1 MHz your results do not make any physical sense, then you should concentrate on analyzing the data at lower frequencies. From my own experience, I can say that more or less reliable results are obtained at frequencies from 500-400 kHz and below.
