Subba's points are good.  All I would add is that the total P in the system must run down to the extent that P is removed from the forest in products

Both preceding answers are correct and very explanatory. However, my interest is whether the total soil phosphorus is able to replenish the available phosphorus needed for plant growth. The increase in the said periods is high and the level of phosphorus in the soil is like before and after these periods. This indficaría phosphorus is reset in amount needed to meet the demand for planting? or should think of other possible sources of income of P, such as atmospheric deposition?

Measurable amounts of sulphate(especially in industrial areas) and nitrate may be contributed by atmospheric depositions through rain fall in some areas.I do not have idea about P depositions.Probably surface water flowing through forest may bring some P which can be tested.

It need a experiment for answer your questtion.Altough field measurement is difficult. However, some methods are still avaialble for your study. for example, long-term sites studies. If not avaialble, paired-sampled method is also OK. some scientiests also use chronosequece method.
