I need this value for a hypothetical photometer, if mistakenly pointed at the seven sisters.(At earth's surface, not at the top of its atmosphere.) The photometer's purpose measures a beam on the surface of Mars after reflection from Phobos or Deimos LIDARish. narrow field of view obviously precludes errors, but I'd like to be sure even when using a larger FOV for the proper background stars when targeting.
