Who has experience with the new portable real-time qPCR machines such as MyGo, freedom4, Genesig or any other. Is it a good buy for developing nations with low funding?

I ask because each claim efficiency and low power consumption, which is good for a developing nation like Nigeria, but I do not hear of any scientist reporting on their use. or may be they are too expensive?
