Dear Sir,

you can use the Sulphuric acid for breaking of seed caot, just we have keep the seeds for 20 second in conce. H2SO4 and wash with distilled water and then soak.

Or you can rubb the seeds inbetween sandpaper and then put for germination.

The pregerminative conditions that I´ve worked with are: 30 min in 96% H2SO4 and wash with water for 5 min. Germination conditions are: 20 ºC/ 30 ºC, 12/12 h in complete darkness.
