What is the opposite of gravitational force or is there a possibility of negative gravity in which time runs faster?

Time is relative, meaning time runs at different rates for different reference frames. So when you're in a strong gravitational environment(earth) time runs slower for you relative to people in a weak gravitational environment(space).

Is it possible to have time run faster in negative or what one can say opposite gravity which repels objects instead of attracting by gravitational force?

From your question comes the idea of anti universe made up of antimatter and anti particles. I don't know for sure does this anti universe also has a anti gravity or not? but to my understanding anti matter also has a mass which will bend the space-time thus creating gravity so i think anti gravity do not exist.
