Please, I want to prepare thin film samples of the transition metal oxides.

What is the most suitable technique can be used and gives a nanoscaled polycrystalline samples?

Would you like to mention what is the transition metal oxide you want to prepare?

There are many techniques can be used to synthesis the transition metal oxides. Your selection is dependent upon what want to prepare? what desired properties? and what metal oxide you want to prepare? Generally, the most suitable one is the RF Magnetron Sputtering technique.
