For preparing TiO2 /PVP nanocomposite by electrospinning, I mixed a TTIP/2-propanol (20 wt%) + 2 mL glacial acetic acid + 2.5 mL PVP/2-propanol (10 wt% or 8 wt%). Upon dropwise adding TTIP/2-propanol (20 wt%) to acidic polymer solution the solution turned cloudy instead of remaining transparent (used PVP is 360,000 g/mol).
Do you have low Mw of PVP? Then try to use and observe what happen?
i think you must change the conditions of your sol and increase the age of drying

Thank you for your answer, in most papers, the used PVP has the molecular weight of 1,300,000 g/mol, the PVP that I used has molecular weight of 360,000. I think this is not the point. I need to say that I tried several times and I can get the stable sol. I would be grateful if you send the link of your published paper. thanks a lot.
