I think the Saint martin Island of Bangladesh is the minimum impactful target coral restoration area (km2) within the Coral Triangle.
St. Martin's Island in Bangladesh is situated well outside the Coral Triangle. Also considering it's environmental setting, and lack of coral reefs, the best way to protect the existing coral communities that have colonized the rocky reefs surrounding the island is protecting them from human impacts such as destructive fishing, pollution and extraction for the tourism trade.
