The uv-vis absorption spectroscopy is an appropriate technique to check the dispersion of CNTs in suspensions, and its only active with a very low concentration. However I have to greatly dilute the original CNTs suspension to make it measurable. I am wondering if that will cause a change in the behavior of the surfactant and in the CNTs network structures.

The bundling state is dependent on dilution, and reduction of concentration can cause debundling, and UV/vis can be used to monitor the process.

In CNts suspensions I found that with in crease the diluted factor the observance under the UV-Vis spectroscopy tend to increase, and in some case becoming more than 1%. Am also wounding if there is an limitation to the diluted factor?
I wonder how zeta potential can give info about the degree of debundling ???
and how should this work for e.g. mineral oil.
