The Internet is both a threat and an opportunities. It depends on how you define the Internet threats (and opportunities).
I would say that the Internet is more an opportunity than a threat to marketing. It is because the Internet have many benefits to marketing, such as it provides a channel for business to reach more customers. Of course every opportunity comes with various threats. For example, while you can use the Internet to reach others' customers, your competitors can also use the Internet to reach your customers too.
The same is also apply to other business functions, such as finance that you mentioned. The Internet nurtured many new opportunities in the financial sector too. Your finance colleagues can get your business funded by fund providers across the globe, which cannot be done before the era of the Internet.
Your question is very broad and could be interpreted in a number of ways; however, here is my answer, based on my understanding of the question:
In my consulting business, many of my clients are in IT; what I have learned from working with research in IT is that the major internal threat on business functions are the employees of the business. According to Leach (2003), as many as 80% of security breaches were caused by employees; however, other reports have attributed stated lower statistics (50 - 60%). Employees' use of personal devices at work, and their online activities during and after work hours, have been posing major threats to businesses; consequently, there is now a steadily increasing stream of literature that deals with the threats that employees pose (e.g.Hafer & Gresham, 2012; Uffen, Kaemmerer, & Breitner, 2013), since the technological solutions have not worked. I would suggest further reading in this direction.
Best,
Dr. Ruth

Thank you Dr. Ruth for your answer. but i mean the impacts of internet threats like hacking , espoinage , fraud , squatting , malware , piracy etc. on organization functions , i agree that the threats which come from employees and which influence them must be considered , best regards
