I am currently revising a journal manuscript and have been challenged by the following comment by one of the reviewers: "The issue is not having multiple moderators with distinctive roles, but rather the large number of moderators relative to the size of the group. Moderators comprised fully one third of the people in the group." Any suggestions on how I should respond to this particular challenge? As I am unable to find literature that addresses the moderator-participant ratio issue, I would deeply appreciate any suggestions.
