should i start with the annealing treatment or i can go to austenitization without annealing ? I m going to choose an austenitization temperature = 1050 °C and i have prismatic samples ,how can i decide the holding time ? Should i make double tempering? what are the temperatures and times that i must choose for each tempering ?

Annealing is to obtain good machinability if you have already a shape then you can skip this process. You should do double tempering and with the tempering temperature you decide what hardness you want to obtain.
