What is the general procedure in SGeMs when using the Sequential Gaussian Simulation ?

this is my first time to use the SGeMs to do a SGS to generate the rock permeability. I want to generate the permeability for 4000*1*1 blocks. first I generate the grid, then what i should do? how can I apply properties? or is it required to add the property? what is the detailed procedure in generating values for these blocks?
