i need to know what is the effect of volume fraction of fibers on the elongation, transverse and shear modulus.

Dose the volume fraction of fibers increase the above modulus or decrease it? and on what it depends ?

It highly depends on the modulus of fiber and matrix. If fiber's modulus is less than the matrix, then the results would be different than if fiber is stiffer than the matrix. I would recommend to use Composite Design and Manufacturing Hub, Purdue University. There are some free tools that you can use to get better understanding how the volume fraction will affect different moduli.
