Palladium chloride salt is very less soluble in water so I add diluted HCl solution to dissolve the salt but it also increases the acidity of the solution. I am preparing Pd NPs by reverse micelle method but no success yet. My solution stays turbid for a long time. micelles are not formed. Is it because of the high acidity?

To platinum nanoparticles from ions, you must use some kind of reducing agent, for example, hydrazine. The reaction occurs in water droplets that are surrounded by a hydrocarbon solvent. pH has nothing to do with it. Apparently you poorly understand the method of synthesis and preparation of reverse micelles, more precisely microemulsions. See

What surfactant was used? If it was anionogenic one (for example SDS), then you are right - high acidity may cause precipitation of surfactant and emulsion will not form. Try to use a nonionic surfactant, somesing like Triton X-100.

I see no reason for precipitation of DDS in an acidic environment. Alkyl sulfoester acids are strong, and alkyl sulfonates are strong electrolytes. Your answer requires explanation and discussion.

It's seems like you are right. But another reason for precipitation is formation of insoluble salts of Pd and dodecyl sulfate. We observed such effect for copper salts.
