I have an about 40 year old man undergoing HD since 3 years ago .

He had periods of cachexia. Nowadays, he suffers from severe wasting and cachexia. His lab. findings are in their normal ranges except thrombocytopenia. He has no organomegaly or other abnormal findings in his ultrasonography.

We can not find any distinct explanation for his thrombocytopenia(Plt. count= 70000/mm3)
