What is the difference between learning and training in ANN ?

I don't yet realise the difference between learning process and training in ANNs

Training is based on the input data you provide to the ANN. During the training the ANN establishes the learning behaviour. In simple learning happens during the training phase. The ANN algorithms learns from the provided input data which is also said to be training of the neural networks.
