We are studying the effect of cultivars of cherry laurel cultivated in Turkey in terms of the physico-mechanical, colour and chemical properties. There are differences between cultivars of cherry laurel cultivated in Turkey in terms of the physico-mechanical (geometric, volumetric, frictional, fruit removal force, compression force and puncture force), colour and chemical properties (titratable acidity, soluble solid content and pH).

I think that it must be measured some characters included morphological, biochemical compounds whereas you see some differences between the cultivars.
