In order to control of wind turbine connected to PMSG a pitch angle control and direct torque control are to be implemented. For applying SVM DTC to machine side converter (rectifier) of PMSG, the generator current and DC bus voltage are to be taken for estimation of flux and torque values. After estimation of flux and torque values they are compared with reference values and reference voltage vector is generated. But for applying switching pulses to rectifier what kind of voltage is taken along with Vref in order to calculate switching times?
Actually, there is no significant difference. The only difference is a sign of torque (or current). For example if your active current reference is positive in motor operation, this will be negative reference current in generator operation.
