In single phase AC system there are two terminals. 1st Phase and 2nd Neutral. We connect our appliances between these two terminals. But sometimes we can also use to connect our appliance between Phase and Ground terminal. As ground can also be used as neutral then why not we take only phase wire from supply or why we take separate neutral wire for return as this work can also be done by ground terminal.....?
