A case of reversal hypoventilation with various physical symptoms. CCHS(Chronic Congenital Hypoventilation Syndrome) or else?

A 38 year old woman had 700g male newborn by Cesarean section and she delivers her suctioned breast milk to GCU(Growing Care Unit: NICU first and he became 1700g weight) every day. Since when a child, she had had hypoventilation episodes with pain, numbness and paresis here and there of her body under hypobaric weather. Her SpO2(Saturated partial pressure of Oxygen) became as low as 80%. It might be the symptom of atypical CCHS. Her awake EEG(Electro Encephalo Graph) appeared no spike nor spindle mixed with EMG(Electro Myo Graph). Sleep EEG was recommended, but not yet because  she have been busy delivering milk to her baby boy. Her mother and mother in law had similar  signs and symptoms.
