What is the detailed protocol for APTES coating of glass slides? I am using using 2% APTES in acetone but there is heavy section loss.

I am performing cryosection of brain.

first you could include the brain in 4% agarose. adds the adhesive, and finally have the cuts. agarose gives extra support to the soft tissue.
