What is the correct way to apply surface tension forces in COMSOL 5.3a?

Hi everybody,

I used the idea (in the attached file) to apply the surface tension forces to an elliptical shape micro bubble moving in fluid, but results do not match well with the required results. I am in doubt, that my implementation may be not so correct. Can anyone explain me, how we can correctly implement in COMSOL 5.3a?.
