How to make UPGMA dendogram for PCR data?

Kindly help if any body have ntsys software for PCR data analysis to make UPGMA dendogram and Jaccard matrix.

I am doing pcr for the scot marker but due to some reasons i am not getting any bands. What could be the possible reasons for that?

I used 8 primers and two samples but no DNA band obtained. I also vary the temperature gradient fro 46-54 but still not getting any bands.
