Dear Manisha,

Apomorphine-induced rotations are used as a measure of lesion extent in unilateral PD mice (and rat models). It could also be used for looking at graft survival and efficacy in transplanted PD rodents. Just do a pubmed search for apomorphine and Parkinson's and you will find heaps of papers looking into this.
