I am writing a book. I have already received request for writing book chapter on the same subject from a reputed publisher free of cost.
I can publish it with ISBN and the e- book in PDF can be uploaded in different sites like RG and other Open Access sites.
What will be better option?

All the options mentioned by you are great. But if you ask me to suggest one.....I would say to go for writing a book. It is far more satisfying personally as well as professionally. Also, as a book usually covers several wide ranges of chapters but focussing a common central theme.....it can address the interest of a huge number of readers enhancing visibility to a great extent.
But writing book chapters with reputed publishers is no less exciting particularly when it reaches to millions and you have less time to devote compared to that(time requirement) for a book.
Sir u r already expert in ur field. I think publishing a book with reputed publisher ll be better sir.
A good book is always better which holds a creative writing panache.

It may be good if book is published as a printed copy with a reputed publisher so that it can reach to various libraries quickly. However, book may be printed as e-copy also for easy and faster access because many readers also like to read e-copy .
If the book meets the required publishing requirements, and in order for your work not to be wasted and your book to reach a broad consensus, you must search for a reliable, credible publisher and extensive publishing relationships.
Congratulations. You are an expert in your area. So, it is better to write the book with a reputed publisher. I think it is more attractive to researchers.

It will be better to write a book depending upon the volume of content that you wish to share.
If the content is less it can be written as chapter of the book. If varied topics are included as chapters and the content is more you can go for a book. Also printed version will be better option as per my opinion as it can be easily included in libraries.
A book published as a printed copy with a famous publisher can quickly access various libraries and may be "more serious".
I'm for that variant.
