However, quick answer to your question I may say for Validity as the first step for developing the tool you should have checked the literature to find out what is available there and build your tool items. Then you can do face validity as initial step. 

you may apply the tool with participants and then you can check its reliability through statistical programs such as SPSS.

after that you can do EFA & CFA, Content Validity, construct validity.

If you have a number of items that make up a single (one-dimensional) scale, then you can assess reliability through Cronbach's alpha, If your scale has more than one dimension, then you should use factor analysis.

Assessing validity is a more complex topic, and you might begin with a web search for "construct validity."

Reliability and validity are concepts that relate to the consistency (reliability) and accuracy (validity) of a scale which measures a particular concept. You must first construct a scale with items that you think measure the concepts of 1) women's "face-to-face" sexual objectification of men 2) women's on-line' or "virtual" sexual objectification of men.

Once you develop such items, give them to a sample of women and submit your scale Women's Sexual Objectification of Men Scale (WSOMS) to a factor analysis you will have completed the first steps of assessing the validity and reliability of your scale. Remember, there are several types of reliability (Test-Retest Reliability, Parallel-Forms Reliability, Internal Consistency Reliability) and Validity (Face validity, Content validity and criterion Related validity, such as  Predictive validity, Concurrent validity, Convergent validity and Discriminant validity) that you must assess for before you can say that your "WSOMS" is reliable and valid!
