Conservative surgical excision has been considered the treatment of choice for Kimura disease.Recurrence after surgery is frequently observed.

we had a case which was managed conservatively by medical management, want to make a report and publish our experience. Do you have any suggestions regarding journals which would be interested in such a case report ??
