I am working on modeling of adsorption which involves four, coupled PDEs (picture attached) which have non-linear terms as well. I tried using pdepe function in MATLAB and also I am trying to solve it numerically using some sort of finite difference scheme. But I have not been able to solve it correctly.
What are the tools available (python,MATLAB etc.) which can be used for solving this kind of PDEs?

You can use pdepe for your problem given that yours seems to be an IBV one. You may receive further tips by identifying the errors you get when using MATLAB PDE solver.
Alternatively, you may use finite difference methods to convert your PDEs to a set of ODEs and use then MATLAB ODE solvers.
Apart from MATLAB, you can use COMSOL Multiphysics, which provides a graphical interface for defining your modeling criteria and equations you aim to solve.
