I can only about amlodipine - the best time is the morning or daytime, never use after 7 o'clock.

Amlodipine is usually taken once daily at morning. For Allopurinol there is no such mandatory time for intake as far I know. As Allopurinol is suggested in gout to reduce the uric acid level, patients are suggested to take each medication dose with a full glass of water, to reduce the risk of kidney stones forming, drinking of 8 to 10 full glasses of fluid every day is highly reccomended.

I've a further suggestion about that medication. If the patient have type II hypertension along with gout or RA, the better antihypertensive effect is observed from using ARBs instead of amlodipine, whereas olmesartan is a good choice.
